Shipping Policy

This store ships only to addresses in the United States. Free shipping applies with no minimum purchase required.

Processing schedule

Normal processing takes 1–3 business days for payment review, picking, packing, and handoff preparation. An order received after 5:00 PM America/Los_Angeles, on a weekend, or on an applicable holiday begins on the next business day. Processing time and transit time are not the same.

Address changes and split delivery

Review the address before placing the order and contact us immediately about a correction. A change is not guaranteed after processing begins. Items may travel in separate parcels, and each available shipment receives tracking.

Estimated delivery movement

Estimated carrier transit is 4–8 business days after handoff. Combining the normal processing and transit ranges gives an estimated 5–11 business days from the start of processing, although weather, address, carrier, volume, and service disruptions can extend the timing.

Tracking availability

A tracking number is provided when the order ships. The first carrier scan may take time to display. Contact us if tracking remains unchanged for several business days.

Cancellation and return route

Cancellation can be requested before shipment. After carrier handoff, use the Refund Policy, including its 30-day return window, exchange option, and free prepaid return label for an approved return.

Late, lost, or affected packages

If a package is materially delayed, we will provide the choice required by law, which may include agreeing to the delay or cancelling for a full refund. Contact us about loss, damage, a delivered scan with no package, incorrect items, or missing contents. The customer will not be charged return shipping to resolve those problems.
